HEAL™
Our Approach
More than information. Built for behavioral change.
Organizations often invest in information, training, and resources without addressing the behavioral conditions that determine whether those investments translate into action.
How sustainable behavior change happens.
CBI takes a different approach. The Cycle Breaker Blueprint™ integrates behavioral science, human development, and applied organizational practice to help organizations move beyond information toward meaningful behavioral change and sustainable capacity.
People can receive information, attend the training, understand the concept, and still return to the same patterns on Monday. If we want behavior to change, we have to understand what is driving it in the first place — and then create the conditions for people to practice something different, consistently.
The Cycle Breaker Blueprint™
CBI's proprietary framework for designing and delivering evidence-informed behavioral change initiatives. Three signature systems, delivered across three progressive levels, connected into one pathway rather than offered as separate courses.

What working with us actually looks like.
A high-level view of the journey, from identifying the need through to the mechanisms that keep the work consistent after we step back.
-
01
Awareness
Naming the pattern. People cannot change a behavior they have not yet seen clearly.
-
02
Understanding
Getting underneath it — what belief, condition, or pressure is producing the behavior.
-
03
Practice
Working differently with support, in conditions close enough to the real thing that it transfers.
-
04
Implementation
Moving it into the actual work, with the calendar and workload it has to survive.
-
05
Sustainable behavioral change
The new pattern becomes the default rather than the effortful exception.
-
06
Internal capacity
Your own people carry the work, rather than the work depending on us staying.
-
07
Quality control
Consistency, reinforcement, and accountability, so what was built holds its shape.
Five ways organizations work with us.
-
01
Curriculum licensing & train-the-trainer certification
Licensed use of the Blueprint™ methodology, with certification of your own staff to deliver it. For organizations that intend to sustain the work internally rather than rent it.
-
02
Organizational consulting & implementation support
Program and curriculum design, plus hands-on support while your team puts it into practice.
-
03
Multi-session cohort programs
Full Blueprint™ delivery with a defined cohort, timeline, and evaluation plan.
-
04
Workshops & professional development
Facilitated sessions, cohort kickoffs, orientations, and professional-development days.
-
05
Speaking engagements
Keynotes, panels, and conference sessions.
Licensing grants use, not ownership. Cycle Breaker Initiative LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the Cycle Breaker Blueprint™, its systems, curriculum, materials, assessments, and methodologies. A license grants your organization the right to use the applicable programming for the purposes, term, and conditions set out in your agreement. It does not permit modifying, reproducing, distributing, repackaging, sublicensing, or creating derivative versions of the curriculum outside the rights that agreement grants.
Investment is customized to each organization's goals, scope, audience, and desired outcomes, and we discuss it directly rather than publishing a rate card. Request a capability statement or schedule a strategic conversation.
How the work lands in practice.
In partnership with House of Ruth and Community Family Life Services, CBI delivered a trauma-informed parenting and wellness workshop covering emotional wellness, self-regulation, grounding techniques, reflective learning, and behavioral awareness.
Four participants took part, and all four completed the session. Participants practiced grounding and self-regulation techniques, and engagement was active throughout. Following the session, House of Ruth invited CBI to collaborate in an ongoing wellness-focused parenting group.
Bring us a problem, not a brief.
The most useful first conversations start with what is not working, not with what you think you need to buy.
