What does an engagement cost?
There is no single figure, because there is no single engagement. Investment depends on scope, audience size, delivery format and the outcomes you need to demonstrate. We discuss it directly rather than publishing a rate card, because the right scope is the outcome of a conversation rather than an input to one.
How long does an engagement take?
It varies by engagement type. A workshop is a day. A multi-session cohort runs across a defined timeline. Consulting and implementation support run as long as the implementation does, and licensing with train-the-trainer certification is longer again because your own people are being prepared to deliver. In every case the timeline and the evaluation plan are agreed before the first session rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Do you work outside Washington, DC?
Yes. CBI is based in Washington, DC and partners with organizations wherever they are.
Can our own staff deliver the curriculum?
Yes — train-the-trainer certification is part of the framework rather than an add-on. Licensed partners deliver the Cycle Breaker Blueprint™ using their own facilitators, while CBI retains ownership of the underlying materials.
